Pork Souvlaki with Tzatziki

Marinated pork skewers with cool tzatziki — a taverna classic aboard.

Ingredients

Meat

Pork shoulder700 g

Dairy & eggs

Greek yogurt300 g

Produce

Cucumber1 pcs
Garlic3 cloves
Lemon1 pcs

Spices & condiments

Dried oregano2 tsp
Olive oilto taste

Bakery

Pita bread5 pcs

Method

Cube the pork and marinate in oil, lemon, oregano and garlic.
Make tzatziki: grate and drain cucumber, mix into yogurt with garlic and a little oil.
Thread pork onto skewers and grill/pan-fry until charred and cooked through.
Serve in warm pita with the tzatziki.
