Pasta with Tuna, Capers & Lemon

A no-fridge-needed pasta from tinned tuna, capers and lemon.

Ingredients

Dry goods

Pasta450 g

Tins & jars

Tuna (tin)2 tins
Capers2 tbsp

Produce

Lemon1 pcs
Garlic2 cloves
Parsley1 bunch

Spices & condiments

Chilli flakes1 tsp
Olive oilto taste

Method

Cook the pasta until al dente; reserve some pasta water.
Warm garlic and chilli in olive oil; add flaked tuna and capers.
Toss with the pasta, lemon juice and a splash of pasta water.
Finish with chopped parsley and serve.
