Spaghetti450 g

Produce

Lemon2 pcs

Dairy & eggs

Parmesan120 g
Butter40 g

Spices & condiments

Olive oilto taste
Salt & pepperto taste

Method

Cook the spaghetti in well-salted water until al dente; reserve a mug of pasta water.
Off heat, toss the pasta with butter, lemon zest and juice, and grated parmesan.
Loosen with pasta water to a glossy sauce.
Season with black pepper and serve.
