Garlic Prawns with Crusty Bread

Prawns · buy fresh in port500 g

Produce

Garlic4 cloves
Parsley1 bunch
Lemon1 pcs

Spices & condiments

Chilli flakes1 tsp
Olive oilto taste

Bakery

Bread1 loaf

Method

Warm plenty of olive oil with sliced garlic and chilli until fragrant.
Add the prawns and cook 2–3 min until pink.
Toss with parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
Serve sizzling with crusty bread.
